I Can't Upload Any Releases - Please Help!

There are two main reasons why you can't upload releases:


1) You're a new user and you're seeing this message:



As a new user, you can only upload one single-track release first. Once that's approved for distribution, you'll be able to upload unlimited releases to your heart's content. 


If you'd like to upload an entire album or EP immediately with a new account, please email our support with this subject line: 

I want to upload my Album/EP as my first upload


Here's our support email: support@boost-collective.com



Please include your Boost Collective account email in the message so we know where to look.


We'll then unlock your account so you can upload a multi-track release right out the gate.

2) You've uploaded 30+ tracks and hit our soft-limit for releases


If you've released a ton of music, you'll likely have soft-limit preventing you from putting out more. 


We'll need to manually verify your releases and account for quality, and then you'll be allowed to continue uploading unlimited releases.
