You may have noticed that your releases have a status column that shows different statuses for releases.
The Statuses move in this order:
Offline -> Ready -> In Progress-Locked -> Distributed
Lets walk through what they all mean:
Offline
This means that you're not finished filling in the data for this release to be ready to upload for distribution. If a release is offline, you most likely need to click on it and edit the metadata at the track level for the release, as seen here:
Ready
This means that your release is ready to be uploaded for distribution! Click on 'Action' -> 'Distribute'.
In Progress-Locked
This means that your release is successfully uploaded and is waiting to pass our Quality Control. Once it passes, it will move to the 'Distributed' status. It might take up to 72 hours for your release to move from this status to 'Distributed'.
Distributed
This means that the release is Distributed! It's all set to release on the release date you selected.
Please Edit
This means that your release needs to be edited and re-submitted for distribution, as our quality control team found something wrong in the metadata. You will have most likely received an email from our quality control team on what to change/fix before re-submitting for distributiion.
